Hardness of the cone section of the coal cutting tooth: HRC > 65;
Hardness of the rod section of the coal cutting tooth: HRC 28°-32°;
Surface hardness of the coal cutting tooth: HV > 2000; The coal cutting tooth adopts a special heat treatment process, achieving a hardness of 40-45 degrees. The surface of the coal cutting tooth is basically free of oxidation. Based on the different hardnesses of the coal seams, high-strength hard rock coal cutting teeth have been developed to handle different coal seams. The coal cutting teeth are basically divided into: ordinary wear-resistant coal cutting teeth for F1-F3 layers; sandstone coal cutting teeth for F4-F6 sandstone layers; and high-strength hard rock coal cutting teeth for F7-F9 layers. Based on the theory of using different coal cutting teeth for different coal seams, the coal cutting teeth significantly reduce customers' production costs, improve work efficiency, and save expenses.
