Carbide balls are characterized by high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, bending resistance, and suitability for harsh environments, making them a viable replacement for all steel ball products. Carbide balls have a hardness ≥90.5 and a density of 14.9 g/cm³.

 

The production process for carbide balls is similar to that of other carbide products, primarily involving powder preparation → formulation according to application requirements → wet grinding → mixing → pulverizing → drying → sieving → adding a forming agent → further drying → sieving to obtain a mixture → granulation → cold isostatic pressing → forming (blank) → sintering → forming (finished product) → packaging → warehousing. Depending on specific application requirements and parameters, carbide balls are available in various shapes, including carbide balls, tungsten carbide balls, tungsten balls, and high-density alloy balls. The smallest carbide ball can be approximately 0.3 mm in diameter.
