The brazed chip button is a tungsten carbide product produced by the tungsten industry using high-quality tungsten carbide powder. It is made through powder metallurgy and has an impurity content of 0.04%, a particle size of 460 mesh, and an ultimate tensile strength of 2800 MPa. This product is mainly used in geological exploration, coal mining, and civil engineering fields, and is suitable for drilling operations in soft rock layers and moderately soft rock layers. The product's cutting head is made using a special alloy through welding or bonding processes. During the welding process, a compensation gasket made of low-carbon steel wire mesh or copper sheet is used to wrap the alloy sheet. When there is a compensation gasket, the gap between the brazed chip button and the slot is 0.3 to 0.5 millimeters, and when there is no compensation gasket, it is 0.1 to 0.15 millimeters. Its process design can reduce welding thermal stress and fix the position of the alloy sheet through the bonding method, and it has excellent processing performance, which can significantly improve the accuracy of the processed parts.
