Distributor Plate

The feeding cone is also known as the dispersion cone or distributor plate, feeding device, feeding disc, or distribution cone. It is one of the indispensable components in the crushing device of the VSI series new sand-making machine (VSI impact crusher). It can evenly disperse the materials fed into the sand-making machine in the impeller, achieve reasonable distribution of the materials, prevent uneven wear of each component, and ensure the stable operation of the sand-making machine and the quality of the finished sand. The VSI sand-making machine can be classified into "stone against stone" and "stone against iron" crushing principles based on the feeding method. The feeding cone of the impact crusher is installed at the upper part of the vortex crushing chamber, and the function of the feeding disc is to divert the materials coming from the feed hopper.
